Come See California Jeff!
You’ll have a good time. That’s the goal at every one of California Jeff’ shows. If you’re listening to Jeff as he stands in the corner of a central Illinois winery, on the steps of the Old Courthouse in downtown Springfield, or in your own backyard, you can expect that he is working hard to entertain you. If you hear a song you know and love, it’s because he has taken a look at the crowd, sized you up, and decided that he has a tune in his pocket just for you. The song you don’t know is for someone else in the crowd. That, or it is one of Jeff’s many original tunes that he slips in between the covers.
Look to your left and look to your right. Someone is smiling or nodding in approval. One thing is certain, every song is a little different than the last time you heard it and no story is ever the same. There is no script, no setlist, and no ipad with lyrics on the mic stand. It’s honest, it’s in the moment, and it’s straight from Jeff’s head and straight from his heart. Come see a California Jeff show, you’ll have a good time!
